MMI Hotel Group is now managing Fontana Village located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and is under new ownership who plan on making the lodge a destination for families, groups and outdoor enthusiasts. Fontana Village is now hiring a Retail Clerk. 

This position could be working at any one of the five outlets managed by Fontana Village.  If you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, including working with the guest by describing the details of the product and answer any questions they may have, this could be the job for you!  

The ideal candidate will have customer service skills and knowledge of how to engage with guests and sell merchandise; be able to work various shifts and be able to work under pressure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.
