Mission Inn Resort & Club is now owned and operated by MMI Hotel Group, a company steeped deep in southern hospitality. With roots in the hospitality industry reaching back over 66 years, MMI Hotel Group would like YOU to come join the team at the newly owned and managed Mission Inn Resort.
Mission Inn Resort features deluxe rooms and suites, four restaurants, two championship 18-hole golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding guest services and looking to work in a family oriented, positive environment that allows you to have a pleasant experience along with great perks that will benefit your work/life balance, join our family today!
If you are nocturnal and enjoy working with numbers, Mission Inn Resort could have an opportunity for you! As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for verifying and balancing entries and records of financial transitions reported by various hotel departments during the day, using adding, bookkeeping, and calculating machines, reconciling the daily cash receipts and summary sheets of all hotel departments.
Being able to wear many hats is critical as the Night Auditor has numerous responsibilities including occasionally working the front desk - welcoming guests and assisting as needed.
If you have at least three (3) months of experience working as a bookkeeper, auditor, or general accounting experience and understand the basics of accounting including reconciling accounts receivable, ensuring the accuracy of charges posted to guest folio’s; and understand the importance of outstanding guest service, then this could be the job for you!
