MMI Hotel Group is looking for a Corporate Director of Food and Beverage.  This position can be remote but does require weekly travel to hotel properties.  The Corporate Director of Food and Beverage is a polished, well-spoken, and well-regarded ambassador of MMI Hotel Group, charged with carrying forward the F&B vision of our corporate operations team and the properties we serve. This position oversees an array of culinary and restaurant operations including menu engineering, cost control, and staying abreast of market trends while ensuring that the dining experience meets MMI’s standards.  

As the Corporate Food and Beverage Director, you may work in a task force role with travel up to 70% of the time.  When on property in a Task Force support role, this person will direct and ensure the efficient administration and management of the Food & Beverage functions at all assigned hotels. At each property to which they are deployed, this person will ensure that financial performance is optimized, that high-quality product and service levels are maintained, and that the F&B operations follow state, federal, and local regulations in addition to applicable company and brand standards.

If you have at least 7 years of Food and Beverage management experience including FOH and Bar experience; leadership experience in free-standing, chef-driven, independent restaurants along with at least 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or culinary arts, this could be the job for you!
